What is pap in glaucoma? Prostaglandin-associated periorbitopathy (PAP) has been associated with the use of ocular prostaglandin analogues. Before initiating treatment, inform patients of the possibility of changes to the eye during treatment. Ocular prostaglandin analogues are commonly used to treat glaucoma.
